Customer Support Policy

Here at Web Design we understand that your web site is important to you and that, should a problem occur, you need it resolved fast.

We produce FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) for customers who need help. If you are one of our customers you should, by now, have received a user name and password for our customer support pages. Click here to log-in. 

• Our customer support policy is simple. If you are a Web Design customer and you have a problem, contact us and we will do our best to sort out the problem in the shortest possible time frame.
• Our support telephone helpline is 07702 965064. It's a mobile phone and, whilst we don't yet work 24 hours every day, it is the best way to contact us for a fast response.
• You can contact the land-line on 0116 2830473, if we're on site, there is an answer phone and we do check our messages.
• Our e-mail is checked regularly and you should mail support questions to support@web-design-works.co.uk

Exclusions / Restrictions

We try very hard to provide a very responsive and personal service and don't like saying no to customers or restricting help and support. But, due to a few problems with hosting of none Web Design designed sites and people who wanted to have FTP access to their sites, we have had to make a couple of exclusions / restrictions.

• If your site was not built by Web Design and you have problems we will still help, but we reserve the right to charge for our time.
• If Web Design built your site, but you have altered it in any way (other than through our web based self-updating feature) we will still help, but we reserve the right to charge for our time.
