Programming For the WebImage reprisenting ProgrammingFor the Web

Making the web work ... harder

We have all seen sites that shift endless pages of the same stuff. What we really enjoy is making the web and your website work harder for you.

How do we do that ?

We use programming to make dynamic and interactive web pages. A standard web page is like a page in an advertising brochure. It can include pictures, text etc but it stays the same every time someone looks at it unless the page is re-written and re-published.

With programming we can build pages that change depending on what the visitor wants and that interact with the visitor to provide a more engaging visit and a more individual service.

What can we do ?

We currently specialise in ASP (Active Server Pages) but we also do work with Java, Javascript and Perl (CGI).

We use these languages to provide all sorts of features but here are a few ideas to get you thinking.

Display a date and/or a time on the page that will change automatically. The time is 02:45:13 (Server Time). The date is 11/03/2010 and the day is Thursday.

Change content and settings on a page. Fill in the form and click submit

Enter some text
Choose a colour
Red Green Blue
Choose a font
Shown below is the result of the above text box and colour choice. Each time you make changes the result will change. Give it a try!

The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog.

These are just a couple of the available options. We will be adding more as we get time. You may also want to look at our database and self update features.

We provide programming as part of our design service or on a stand-alone consultancy basis.
